James Ng – Managing Director of Kian Export Sdn Bhd More than 20 years in the furniture industry and among the early pioneers into the export market. His passion for design, travel and people are his greatest motivators in his career, and the perfect candidate to lead the Kian international trade strategies as well as establishing Kian's presence worldwide. Ho Lai Kuan - Managing Director of Kian Contract Furniture Has a great eye for colour and design. Kian furniture looks all the better because LK optimizes her architectural experience and design talents in the innovation and creation of the Kian line of furniture, that meets customers discerning taste and puts Kian in the forefront of design and concepts in commercial sectors (such as hospitality, medical & education). Debbie Loo – Managing Director of Garant Mobel Malaysia Almost 18 years in the furniture industry with extensive experience from furniture manufacturing to export, financials to human resource management,  puts her in good stead to lead the roll-out of Kian’s furniture retail brand “homelife” with a licensed furniture retail system from Germany. Wong Sheong Ching – General Manager of Kian Design Manufacturing - China 15 years experience in manufacturing environment and 17 years in the furniture industry, with 11 of those years in furniture manufacturing. Leads Kian’s furniture manufacturing plant in China. Yip Kwok Cheong - Vice President of Product Development - China From a foundation career in precision manufacturing before joining Kian’s manufacturing division, and fluency in Mandarin, English and Japanese made him an ideal warrior to operate between continents and cultures in development of products that merges design and quality seamlessly. Lee Fook Siong – General Manager of Kian Design Manufacturing - Malaysia Has been with Kian for 13 years, starting out with Purchasing and finding his niche in manufacturing in the latter years.
