We are a furniture group in various disciplines of the business - from retail, contract, export & manufacturing to wholesale. You may be familiar with Homelife, our retail chain of 6 showrooms that specializes in contemporary residential furniture. Many of our tables & chairs can be seen along Bintang Walk. That would be our contract business that markets Kian-made & imported furniture to trendy eateries, educational institutions & resorts. Presently we export to over 90 countries worldwide & own factories in Malaysia and China. Domestically we also have an extensive wholesale operation.

Position available

1. Sales Manager (1 position)

  • able to lead, manage, motivate and mentor a sales team
  • have passion for the hospitality/eatery industry
  • good relationship skills with designers, architects and restaurants owners
  • have good collections record
  • tertiary education will be an advantage
  • aged 30 years and above

 2. Sales Executive (1 position)

  • to develop new business and grow existing customer base
  • minimum SPM with 2 -3 years hand-on sales experience
  • a diploma or degree in any discipline is a plus
  • has good negotiation and communication skills in English and Mandarin

 3. Marketing Coordinator/ Executive (1 position)

  • minimum qualification of SPM and/or STPM
  • to have 1-2 years working experience preferred
  • work experience in a similar A&P/event management environment will be an advantage
  • must be able to work independently
  • must have good communication and organizational skills
  • must be computer literate: familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • preferred within ages of 23 – 28
  • Immediate requirement

 4.  Project Executive (1 position)

  • knowledge of planning, cost and quality control, construction implementation and building contracts
  • must be positive minded and loves challenges
  • site experience in handling significant project required
  • min 2-3 years working experience in furniture or building related projects
  • able to work in a team to support projects
  • a Diploma holder preferred, a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying an advantage

 5. Project Supervisor / Coordinator (1 position)

  • at least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • ability to handle site requirement
  • experienced in construction drawing & skilled in Interior Detailing
  • must be independent and able to work with minimum supervision
  • able to communicate and write in English & Chinese
  • able to liaise with Sub-con and clients on site matters
  • possess own transport & willing to travel

 6.  Interior Designer (1 position)

  • passion in interior design
  • min 5 years in an interior design company with experience in designing and detail drawings to execute design intentions
  • experience in designing furniture showrooms and lifestyle F & B outlets
  • able to work with international designers to implement design projects overseas

 7. QA/QC Assistant / Executive (1 position)

  • require ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 exposure with 2 to 3 years QA / QC
  • experience preferable in wood working manufacturing environment, Supplier Quality, ISO Quality Audit / Applications and AQ Management skills
  • leadership skills, initiative, problem solving skills, result orientated and able to work under pressure to meet project dateline
  • able to read 2D drawing
  • able to communicate and write in English & Chinese
  • possess own transport & willing to travel

 8. Export Executive (2 positions)

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in export related industry, preferably in furniture
  • min SPM, tertiary education preferred
  • able to deal with international customers independently and confidently
  • project management skills in interior design or building related discipline would be an advantage
  • good communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • able to travel both overseas and locally
  • possess a valid driver’s license and can travel independently

9. Product Development Executive (1 position)

  • min 2 – 3 years experience in product sourcing in related industry, preferably in furniture industry
  • interior design or architectural diploma or degree will be an advantage
  • able to liaise with factories
  • has good communication skills in English and Chinese
  • has a valid driver’s license and able to travel

10. Accounts Assistant / Account Clerk (1 position)

  • min SPM / STPM
  • candidates with Accounting background / knowledge would be an added advantage
  • candidate must possess the initiative to learn
  • candidate must be computer literate: familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • school leavers are encouraged to apply
