KIAN University was established with the goal of sustaining KIAN’s core values, purpose and culture; while providing education and training activities for all our KIAN Warriors who aim to better themselves. Our warriors are given the chance to gain new knowledge and learn new skills that will aid them in developing a steady foundation for their career development.

Leadership isn’t something that is given, it is something that is earned. In KIAN Leadership, we believe everyone is capable of becoming a leader with the right training and mindset.
KIAN BOOTCAMP
Catered especially for new and upcoming warriors, the KIAN Bootcamp is an induction program where they may familiarise themselves with the environment and get acquainted with the other warriors.
KIAN SCALING UP
Expanding a business is no easy feat. It requires precise planning with careful allocation of resources in order to succeed. With KIAN Scaling Up, we aim to provide training that will help smoothen this process.
